All monthly open dialogue sessions are held at 9AM–11AM AEST, on the first Friday of each month. Sessions are recorded, and made available to members who can't attend live for a limited time.

Absolutely. March First welcomes people at every stage of their leadership journey—whether you're just beginning to think about what creative leadership means for you, or you've been leading for decades. There is no prerequisite. The only requirement is curiosity and a genuine desire to grow.

ll monthly sessions and quarterly webinars are recorded and available to members in the archive. You can watch at your own pace, return to sessions over time, and pick up where you left off. There is no pressure to attend everything live.

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time. If you're on an annual plan, your membership remains active until the end of your billing period. 

The Resource Library includes a curated collection of tools and frameworks drawn from the New Creative Leadership model, the monthly and quarterly dialogue sessions; including thinking prompts, practice guides, and briefings. It grows continuously as new sessions, lectures, and dialogues generate fresh material. Members can download everything and return to it at their own pace.

Leadership is a commitment. We recommend experiencing the diversity of experiences and content that membership has to offer. We also commit to working with you, to listen to you input, ideas and feedback to make March First more meaningful and valuable to all members.
