How Does Coaching Work?
You’ll be sent some pre-work to do before your session. Your first session runs for 60-minutes where your coach will facilitate a discussion around the key challenges you’ve highlighted.
You’ll then have a 30-minute follow up session. After each session your coach collates and delivers their advice, notes and recommended resources to you.
Each session is a confidential, safe and secure space for you to share openly with your coach. We come to each session assuming nothing and ready to start from wherever you are.
