Every cohort of this course opens a number of spots as full scholarships. Scholarship placements are prioritised for under 25s, First Nations and culturally and linguistaclly diverse people. They include a free spot in the course, and a 12-month membership to March First.
Frequently asked questions
How much time does this take each week?
Roughly 2–3 hours: one video module per week, a short written reflection, and four live 90-minute calls.
What happens if I miss a live call?
Calls are recorded and added to your Teachable access, so you won't lose the content if you miss one live.
Will future cohorts have the same pricing?
The course will evolve with each cohort of participants/students, and will be updated over time. Pricing will be updated in future cohorts to reflect the value provided within the course.
Will I get to see or hear other participants' work?
Yes! Everyone works together through the course, including the host.
Is this for me if I'm not in a "creative" job title?
Yes. The course is for how you lead, not your job title — designers, writers, change makers, policy makers, activists, founders, and people leading teams without a creative title have all shaped this framework.
What if I'm early in my career, not yet leading a team?
The framework applies to how you show up and make decisions, not how many people report to you. Several of the practices — listening, stewarding impact and making meaning — matter most before you have formal authority.
Is this a course about creativity, or about leadership, or both?
Both, treated as one discipline. The course's whole premise is that creative practice and leadership practice are the same skill, not adjacent ones.
How long do I have access to the course?
You will have access to the course for three months from the time of enrolment, covering the full course plus time after it ends to revisit modules and call recordings.
What time zone are the live calls in?
AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time). All calls run from 9AM - 10:30AM
Is there a payment plan, or is it one payment only?
Access is important to the products we develop. All enrolments are paid in monthly payments.
Can teams register together?
Yes. A teams-based license can be purchased for any cohort. Teams-based licenses include five individual seats in a cohort for the price of four seats. Get in touch to learn more.
