Why do I need a mentor group?
The MarchFirst mentor group is a place to explore the themes and realities of life, work and leadership that we don’t get to talk about in everyday life. It is a place for conversations that matter and authentic connection with one another.It is the time of month I most look forward to.
I leave feeling inspired, expansive, challenged and a slightly different version of the person I was before the session.Every member has at one stage or another in shared a piece of themselves through a story, a lesson, an observation or an experience. It is this that forms the wisdom to take into the month the follows and the very reason I show up.

How does it work?
The Marchfirst Mentor Group meets monthly to share their month's stories, challenges, barriers and opportunities.
Not centered on a single facilitator, the group is sent single-topic prepnotes one week prior, and the conversation is open, respectful and focused on helping one another grow and thrive.
Members come from a range of disciplines — from organisational leaders, to creatives, architects, managers, writers and technologists.
The support network developed since 2020 has been second to none.
Meetings are held 2PM - 4PM AEST on the first Friday of every month.
